Found Footage video work about human failure.
Shown are TV-sequences of different countries, screening the men’s 100 metres at the 2011 World Championship in Athletics. It was the first global final to be held following the introduction of the no-false start rule. Usain Bolt has been the highly favored defending champion and world record holder.
